Auto Electric vibration reliability is very important to vehicle driving safety. Therefore, vibration reliability test of the car electrical system is extremely necessary. In this vibration test, Fixture is very important. Its role is to pass the vibration of vibration table which was stimulated by the signal spectrum to the subjects as far as possible without losing. the subjects are auto electrical system. The quality of fixture design will directly affect the vibration test error. So must to design a serious of fixture that is qualified to meet the needs of this experiment.Based on the summing the newest research results of the design of fixture and the structure optimization, from the practical needs of this vibration test, based on the layout of the car electrical system, and the intensity of vibration and avoiding the resonant frequency and other variety of factors, to establish the geometric model of fixture system. On this basis, construction the optimization model whose objective function is structural weight or frequency response characteristics. Optimization of the fixture system, and based on the result, design the fixture system again. To get the best structure and the dynamic and static characteristics.Using digital signal processing technology to the fixture system modal analysis test. Measuring the transmission characteristics of fixture system. Test the fixture system is to meet the design requirements and performance of vibration test requirements. The modal test results with the results of modal analysis to compare. Get the design model and the actual fixture error. The fixture system has been put into engineering use, and in good working condition. This dynamic clamp system for the future design provides a valuable reference.
