In the 21 st century in terms of vehicle maintenance employees on the quantity or quality have put forward higher requirements. With the application of computer technology, sensor technology, information technology, intelligent control technology in the field of automotive electronics, traditional automotive teaching equipment and teaching methods no longer meet the needs of the automotive industry, a large number of highly skilled personnel training, must develop a more representative better reflect the car's advanced technology, more close to the actual needs, to meet the automotive professional high demand for skilled personnel training multifunctional integrated teaching equipment. Electronically controlled engine multimedia experimental system designed in this paper the success of the modern multimedia teaching equipment used in automotive technology, multimedia technology and electronic engine control technologies combine new technology not only has the features of a modern car, but also reflects the car class teaching laboratory equipment intelligence, automation,precision, integrated, soft electronic control system from analog to self-diagnose the real vehicle detection systems, and updating a new generation of technology, from actuators, electronic control computer, mechatronics sensors connected to a comprehensive equipment, to keep up with the rapid pace of modern technology.This paper provides an overview of the status and trends in the automotive technology class teaching equipment, and then focuses on the software and hardware design solutions electronically controlled engine multimedia experimental system, the final commissioning of the entire experimental system, including system reliability,safety, aspects of performance stability, practicality and so were the actual test, and gives further improvements. System software platform is built on the AVR embedded operating system foundation. AVR microcontroller is based on the RISC architecture,low power consumption, very easy to transplant and can support most types of processors. System hardware platform to build a commitment to reliable, stable, and powerful overall design principle, the use of high-performance Volkswagen AJR electronically controlled engine with 8 AVR microcontroller embedded hardware platforms.The experimental system design has animation, principle demonstration,computer-controlled settings fault, embedded detection software, assessment andexam system and other new features bench, matching computer software and hardware systems, electronic control technology and machinery Integration Technology a reasonable match, serving the automotive electronic control engine class teaching equipment universal information control system, SCM control technology and VB programming language to write technical software development technology and achieved certain results. The device for improving the skills of automotive service technicians in the automotive field of new technologies to meet the requirements of automotive repair professional teaching, training consistent with application of new technologies for automotive vehicles maintenance personnel and other conditions of great practical significance. Meanwhile, the present stage of development of innovative automotive class teaching equipment has a certain significance.
