The Research Of Bolier Temperature Controling System Based On Virtural Instrument

In order to maximize the energy saving,improving the heating quality,reduce the labor intensity of workers,the boiler temperature control system can implement the accurate temperature monitoring and control is being applied in the modern heat production,it is the boiler combustion,automatic control,computer control technology in combination with the theory of body.The paper by the Lord,from the machine is composed of two parts,the main engine control system by computer and data acquisition card,using NI virtual instrument software development platform of Labview software,the main control system program completed running state parameters and equipment acquisition,through instruction operating system interface operation personnel,the implementation of the data.Operation,treatment and control function,the host control system,including two types of manual and automatic control mode,the switch can be switched freely control mode,but also the operation of the boiler remote real-time monitoring,complete alarm protection of the management function,improve the heating quality and energy saving,in software design the use of modular concept,each module is relatively independent,clear structure,combined with the particularity of practical operation,based on the temperature to ensure the boiler normal control,increased the number of humanized functions,such as(fault diagnosis,alarm etc.)The system is based on virtual instrument software control of the host system services,which is mainly composed of a single chip microcomputer system and temperature measurement circuit,the temperature display circuit,phase lack testing circuit,real-time clock circuit,communication subsystems function circuit,the main role is to operate the sensor,realize the boiler,water temperature and other external thermal parameters acquisition and signal processing,and the processed data and equipment operation condition promptly sent to the host system,and receives the control command transmitted by a host and run.Using the characteristics of fast operation and strong anti-jamming MCU,to ensure the effective implementation of signal accurate acquisition and host command.Using of virtual instrument,this paper,from the selection of software and hardware system structure,control scheme and other aspects,the design of a real-time monitoring parameters,automatic control of heating temperature,intelligent judgment,over temperature alarm of boiler temperature control system,realizes the automatic boiler heating temperature,reasonable regulation,to achieve a safe,energy saving,consumption reduction.
