The 21 century is the time of development and utilization of underground space there will be a lot of underground building and construction of underground inputs to build.The hydraulic trench cutter is currently the world's most advanced and efficient of the diaphragm walls construction equipment,construction efficiency is high,shaped groove rules,vertical degree rules,the antiseepage highly good,safe and environmental protection,adapt to a wide range of strata and can milling the rock,and is the equipment for complex formation conditions construction the diaphragm.The trench cutter,which integrates mechanics,electrics and hydraulics,represents the highest level of the development of diaphragm walls construction technology.But the current domestic production is still a blank,and completely dependent on imports.Research and development the hydraulic trench cutter can promote foundation construction equipment industry product level,rapid promote foundation construction equipment development.This paper researched the hydraulic system of slotting machine,designed and analyzed the machine's main hydraulic system under the research program "the hydraulic slotting machine research and development " jointly undertaken by Zoomlion,The northeast university of petroleum and Tongji university.This paper is comprised of seven parts:Overview,The double wheel trench cutter basic structure and hydraulic system,The milling head power system,Hoisting system,Hose servo system,Adjust the vertical degree system and Conclusion.First,this paper introduces the construction method of the diaphragm walls,and the development of domestic and foreign diaphragm walls application status and the advantages and disadvantages,compared all kinds of the diaphragm walls construction machinery and summarized the development trend.Second,analyzed the three power transfer mode at present of the slotting machine and the trench cutter structure,and designed the hydraulic system based on the BC series products of BAUER.Again,deeply analyzed the milling head power system,hoisting system,hose servo system,adjust the vertical degree system,and did the milling head power system,hoisting system,hose servo system simulation analysis by the AMEsim hydraulic simulation software,through the analysis we deeply understanding the characteristics of the hydraulic system and demonstrate the design of the system satisfies the machine requirements.Finally,I summarized the simulation results,which laid a foundation for the trench cutter developed in our country and has independent intellectual property rights of the trench cutter.
