The main components of prefabricated steel structure are prefabricated in the factory, with the characteristics of high degree of industrialization and fast construction speed. Its development is in line with the state to promote the use of steel, the development strategy of the implementation of housing industrialization and the national environmental policy. Prefabricated steel frame structure with inclined support joints is a new high-rise steel frame structure, which has a bright market future and developing opportunity, at the same time accord with the national sustainable development strategy. Normally buildings from start construction to be put into use, the main structure has been under a state of sun exposure. In this process, the temperature effect will cause deformation and internal force of the structure. And high-rise steel structure is sensitive to the temperature change, cumulative deformation difference between components which produced by the temperature effect is very considerable, the temperature effect should be considered.Based on a prefabricated steel frame structure with inclined support joints, this thesis mainly conducts the temperature effects to building structure. The specific content is as follows:(1)Introduced the concept and calculation method of temperature effect and construction simulation, and the temperature effect of the steel frame is simulated by “conversion temperature”.(2)Using the finite element software MIDAS Gen, contract the difference of one-time loading and Phased loading. The results show that: one-time loading can not consider the influence of the elements in the process of the construction. It will over estimate the Vertical displacement of the column, can't reflect true state.(3)Using finite element software MIDAS Gen unit activation and deactivation function, Simulation all of the actual construction process. Then contrast the difference of consider temperature and regardless temperature, There were obvious differences, declare that consider the effect of temperature on the construction process is needed.(4)Analysis the influencing factors of temperature effect, including construction time and sunshine range and wall thickness. The results show that: the influence of the construction time is the biggest, the wall thickness take the second place, and the sunshine direction can be neglected, so this paper put forward that direct sun as the most unfavorable state.(5)In order to improve the temperature effect of construction building, This paper reviewed various documents and materials, and gave some feasible suggestions for the construction and design personnel of relevant structure.
