Concrete widespread application in the engineering construction, but the materials of concrete itself heterogeneity and brittle nature, there are m any micro pore after molding, hardening of the concrete, its process in permeable and fracture phenomenon, in different extent influence the durability of the concrete and mechanical properties. Present many high-rise building external wall and underground engineering in the problems of leakage and the impermeability of concrete has good performance can guarantee the safety of concrete structure and save the concrete buildings of maintenance and repair costs, extend the service life of concrete structure, a nd improve our lives and living conditions. Permeability problem also has been attached great importance to in academia and engineering, but has little effect.In addition with the use fixed number of year increase of building structure, our country is faced with many old buildings reinforced repair the problem. To reinforcement of structure, not only can maintain the normal use function, extend the service life of structure, but also save money for the country. T he reinforcement method of concrete structur e has a lot of, the commonly used have outsourced just reinforcement method, the reinforcement method of enlarging the section, prestressed reinforcement method, pasting steel plate reinforced method and adding protection reinforcement method, but the rein forcement method has some obvious shortcomings. Now more reinforcement materials for organic materials, organic materials, refractory properties and anti-aging performance is poor, and not conducive to environmental protection, and the permeability perform ance of inorganic material of the existence of organic materials can not only solve the above shortcomings, and very close to the concrete materials, not formed each other incompatible isolation layer material, after reinforcement have better compatibility between inorganic materials and the original components and work coordination. Using inorganic material reinforcement can better solve the reinforcement engineering.At first, this paper analyses the main factors influencing the impermeability of concrete performance, understanding the mechanism of concrete permeability and find feasible for subsequent experimental study the breakthrough point to solve the problem, and use the permeability apparatus using the method of water pressure in the experimental study of permeability grade method. Understand the traditional method to improve the performance of concrete permeability, compared with the traditional method to improve impermeability of concrete, the advantages of this research. And briefly introduces the high performance composite mortar steel thin layer demand for both permeability and reinforcement engineering significance.Test respectively to the plain concrete block, without adding additives on the surface of the cement mortar in the concrete block a nd adding new additive composite mortar daub on the concrete block permeability experiment was carried out, and change the mortar, the mixed daub thickness and additive quantity, analysis of test data. The results show that adding special additives of new high performance composite mortar daub on the concrete surface can effectively improve the permeability resistance of concrete. And the high performance composite mortar with steel fabric reinforcement to the structure of the thin layer can effectively, permeability resistance of concrete and the study of structure strengthening methods is of great significance.
