The dissertation origined the item—“Research on the key technology of new intelligent large grab dredger”. Dredger dredging equipment is the main waterway dredging engineering, With the development of national efforts on marine resources is increasing continuously, marine engineering equipment get unprecedented development and towards the direction of large-scale development,modularization.As an important tool for water construction operations, The type of dredger is increasing day by day. In order to meet the needs of the construction of the engineering project, The rapid design and response to the market demand for hoisting machinery, to improve this kind of product design and development level and design efficiency, avoid duplication of work, to improve the benefit of enterprise and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises have an important significance.The research object of this paper is dredger hoisting mechanism, using Visual Basic as a design platform system, combining with the ADO database Access technology using the Access database, secondary development of Solidworks. The main stress components of modeling of finite element analysis using ANSYS software, to realize parametric design. This paper has done the following work:(1) This paper introduces application and development of dredger, illustrates the background and significance of the research. It describes the method of parametric design of hoisting machinery and related technology, provides the theory basis for the realization of parametric dredger hoisting mechanism.(2) This paper introduces the working principle and characteristics of dredger grab, to grab the resistance analysis, and the influence of water flow on the grab at work. Describe the characteristics and working principle of hoisting mechanism of each component. Using the Access database technology to achieve the hoisting mechanism parts data storage and calls, to realizate the computing of the various components of the hoisting mechanism and selection.(3) Using the concept of parametric design, establish the visualization platform operation interface by Visual Basic 6 software, complete the calculation design of hoisting mechanism and the realization of secondary development of Solidworks and ANSYS software.(4) Parameterized modeling and finite element analysis are carried out on the drum and the drum shaft by ANSYS and evaluate their safety performances.(5) Based on the parametric modeling method of SolidWorks, To establish the component model and the assembly model library of dredging machine hoisting mechanism, research to meet customer requirements of the 2D engineering drawing template making and engineering drawings adjustment technology.
