| AS one of the key system of unloading cargo, submersible pump system plays an important role in cargo transport ship, which effect is to be a tank of liquid cargo unloading to the outside of the chamber. In the process of unloading cargo, the major damage of submersible pump system will bring large economic loss and inconvenience of production. Aimed at this situation, it is necessary to establish a set of real-time monitoring system to reflect the submersible pump running status, for helping producers to master the operation of submersible pump at any time, and it is good for the arrangement of the production and efficiency.In this paper, the on-line monitoring system of submersible pump is to obtain the current situation of submersible pump system through the sensing, and analysis of the data of various monitoring sites. In the data analysis process, the system can judge the information according to the threshold of each data. The data information of being analyzed will classify preservation, on the other hand it will be sent to the display terminal, so as to review the history running information of the submersible pump system and track the current status in real time. In the on-line monitoring system of submersible pump, it also has a part of the function to record the information of maintaining Submersible pump system, which is convenient to maintenance work of submerged pump system. The front interface is developed by C# while the date base is built by Microsoft SQL Server2005. The main research work and results of this paper are as follows:(1) Research of the on line monitoring method. The working principle of submerged pump system and the submersible pump system failure mode was analyzed. The characteristic parameters of reflecting the submerged pump were determined.(2) The monitoring platform was constructed through using electronic technology, communication technology and computer technology. The local signal was acquired through the pressure sensor, flow sensor, current sensor and it was transmitted to the PLC. The digital signal that was processed by PLC was transmitted to the computer through the communication module. After the computer software judged the data information, the data information was displayed on the screen.(3) Building software system by using the modular design method. The system was divided into different function modules, including system management module, the data monitoring and warning module, maintenance information module, historical data query module. Each function module can be independently developed, and finally it was integrated into a unified platform.(4) The alarm and judgment of real time running state. The condition of submersible pump system was classified. The threshold of each condition was determined. The collected data was compared with threshold, and it was judged. |
