With its advantages of compact structure and high integration,submersible pumps are widely used in mine rescue,agricultural irrigation,residential water supply and other occasions.However,with the increase in the service time of submersible pumps,their parts will gradually age and their performance will gradually decline.The expenditures for their inspection and maintenance are increasing,and they may also cause safety accidents in serious cases.At present,the existing submersible pump condition monitoring system is not highly integrated,and the monitoring data is not comprehensive enough,and the degree of data visualization is not high.Therefore,in order to reduce the maintenance cost of enterprises,improve the integration,safety and visualization of submersible pumps,it is especially important to develop a more reasonable submersible pump intelligent operation and maintenance system.First of all,in view of the above deficiencies in the state monitoring of submersible pumps,the demand analysis and overall scheme design of intelligent operation and maintenance of submersible pumps are carried out.The STM32 microcontroller is used to build a pump data acquisition terminal based on the Internet of things technology,to collect the power supply voltage,current,winding temperature,bearing temperature and oil chamber leakage of the pump,and to transmit the data through the wireless communication module of the Internet of things.The cloud service system is designed in Django framework,which uses MongoDB,MySQL and Redis database mixed storage data storage units,and the human-computer interaction system is designed in Vue framework.Secondly,research on the fault diagnosis theory of submersible pump was carried out.Using threshold method to realize abnormal condition detection and real-time alarm function of submersible pump voltage,winding temperature and bearing temperature data;based on the support vector regression(SVR),the flow current data of the submersible pump is analyzed,the appropriate kernel function is selected and the fault diagnosis model is established to realize the fault diagnosis and real-time alarm function of the current data of thesubmersible pump.Finally,the data acquisition and communication functions of the pump data acquisition terminal are tested,and then the overall experiment of the intelligent operation and maintenance system of submersible pump is carried out to obtain the operation data of the pump under normal state,to verify the reliability and real-time monitoring function of the operation and maintenance system.By simulating the operation data in the fault state,the accuracy of the fault diagnosis of the monitoring data of the intelligent operation and maintenance system is verified.The developed intelligent operation and maintenance system of submersible pump can provide a good data base for the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of submersible pump,so that users can monitor the operation parameters of pump and its key components in real time,master its operation status more comprehensively,and effectively improve the integration,safety and data visualization of the submersible pump system.At the same time,the diagnosis model can quickly and accurately determine the fault type of the pump,shorten the time of fault diagnosis,and reduce the maintenance cost of the enterprise to a certain extent.
