| With the development of the internationalization of port, the cargo throughput of bulk terminal is increasing. As a hub, port plays an important role in the cargo transport. Portal crane is currently the most widely used of the port handling machinery. It makes the port production flexible, efficient and convenient, at the same time, its management jobs but there is a lot of room for improvement. Therefore, it has theory value and practical significance that operating data management equipment for portal is studied and designed.In the dissertation, research status and existing problems of the monitoring and management system for portal crane have been analyzed. Using the method of bulk terminal machinery and embedded technology, the operation data recorder for portal crane is designed based on DSP.The device is mainly based on DSP TMS320F28335 as the core processor, mainly includes the minimum system module, the signal acquisition and processing module, the peripheral modules. The specific contents are as follows:1)The design of the system overall scheme. Based on the actual investigation, summarizing the operation process and characteristics of portal crane, combined with the requirement of operation data management system and the system function, the system overall scheme is designed. Focus on the following three aspects: the calculation method of operation data, the processor chip selection, the storage and transmission of operation data.2) The system hardware has been designed and implemented. Binding embedded application system hardware design requirements, the each hardware module of the device has been described in the dissertation. Finally, it has elaborated how to improve anti-interference ability of the system and the mapping of the PCB.3) The system software has been designed and implemented. Using the popular DSP software development environment CCS3.3, the system software has been designed and implemented. Mainly using the modular programming ideas, the main flow chart of the system is given first, then the system design and implementation of each functional module. Finally, the paper has discussed the difficult point of the software design. |
