Locomotive DCU Board Design And Development Based On μC/OS-Ⅱ

Train network control system is the latest achievements of train control technology. It responsibles for the running of the train, detecting state diagnosis, information exchange. Because our country’s train control technology starts relatively late, The core technology is monopolized by a few big foreign companies at the same time. A lot of train control technologies are relatively backward in our country. Especially in the case of freight train control system, there exists a complex circuit design, obsolete components, high failure rate, the backward technology and so on. Cause the freight train capacity is low. freight trains’ huge advantage in the transport sector is serious limited. Now freight train control systems technology upgrading has become a urgent and important task.In this paper, Combined with the problems in shaoshan 3B freight train control system, the design has realized the extensibility and a certain commonality of DCU analog processing board. Through to the transmission control unit(DCU) common faults research and analysis of the technical requirements, by adopting the idea of redundancy and modularization, the overall design scheme is determined. Freescale auto level microcontroller is adopted as Hardware master control chip. As its built-in rich resources, the original circuit simplifies, the level of integration improves. redundancy backup ideas are used in peripheral circuit to improve stability. Software part transplant adopts widely used real-time operating system μC/OS-II, through the adoption of real-time operating system, the specific function is changed to task, and CPU efficiency maximization. the operation stability improves and It convenients the secondary development of developers. Finally the DCU analog processing board of hardware circuit and the module function test.are completedThe DCU analog processing board minimum microcontroller system and transplanted μC/OS-II, It is fit for DCU other sub board, and greatly reduce the development cycle. By DCU analog processing board each module function test results show that the system each function module are able to run normally.
