With the high speed development of hardware & software of computer , technology of computer simulation has been widely applied in electricity nuclear energy chemic industry traffic spaceflight and so on. In order to research some complex systems of them, we often use the way of simulation and construct models in computers Then we can experimentalize and do researches in these simulation systems in order to develop and use real systems and open out rules of these complex systems.Usually, a real simulation system includes a net system composed of several computers and I/O interface I/O interface in it is used to communicate between simulation computer and manipulation hardware, mainly, it is used in A/D and D/A between them. Responsibility precision and stability of interface system relate directly to the whole performance of the simulation system, so it is the key equipment.This paper discusses the design ideas hardware configurations and software programming of analog signals output and input circuit boards which used in the nether I/O interface system of marine simulator. After a year of research, all kinds of circuit boards have been developed. Real run shows that the whole I/O interface system has reached requires of design and application of simulator. This interface system has merits such as complete functions, flexible configuration, many I/O interface dots, good real-time performance, high stability, high replantation ability and high ratio of performance to price. Besides, it can be used in fields of other system simulation projects and industry control projects.This paper is based on researches of analog signals output & input circuit boards in MSCIS interface system and MSCIS-211A type circuit board used AD667. All works are outspreaded from hardware design and software programming. The research progress can be divided into several steps below:1. Deeply studied the construction characteristics and theory of communication of the distributed control system and gave the whole layout of circuit design.2. Based on principles of conversion, designed and worked out charts of SCH and PCB of analog signals output and input circuit boards.3. Coding design and software programming.4. To debug on the hardware, eliminate errors, and analyze the real performance of boards5 To analyze principles of conversion of boards using AD667, design and work out charts of SCH and PCB of analog signals output circuit boards.6. Coding design and software programming of analog signals output circuit board using AD667This paper discusses the net construction and communication principles of the MSCIS interface system, talks over the ideas of hardware circuit and software design in analog signals output and input boards in detail and expatiates principles and design thinking of circuit board using AD667 integrality. At last, this paper prospects the next research works.
