Solid Particle Packing Equipment are the intelligent packing machinery of high automation, strong flexibility and good reliability, which are widely used in food, fertilizers, feed, and other particles packing work. At present, Automatic Solid Particle Packing Machine in our country mainly imitate foreign products, which are less competitive in market. Research and development of new type Automatic Solid Particles Packing Machine is an effective way to promote the competitiveness of the products in our country. While improving equipment productivity is the most important task. Object of this paper is based on automatic solid particles packing machine, to optimize the movement scheme and improve equipment productivity by using the method of Temporal Analysis. In this paper, the main content is as follows:Aim at the 50 kg grade packaging machines that are in short supply in china, an automatic solid particles packing machine which is for taking, sucking, weighing, filling and sealing bags is researched independently to achieve the automation of packing process.Through the Temporal Analysis of the automatic solid particles packing machine, to optimize the design of its sports programs, the optimized automatic solid particles packing machine has a smaller duty cycle time and the theoretical productivity greatly enhance.A computerized Temporal Analysis method is put forward in these paper, which is based on finite state machine, using Finite State Flow Chart to model the motion of the automatic system. Finally, we establish the Temporal model and do the simulation for automatic solid particles packing machine in Simulink/Stateflow, the simulation results are correct, prove that this method is practical and effective.
