Distributed Control System(called DCS) debugging is the key link to the process of building nuclear power plants. At present, a large amount of data in the process of nuclear power DCS debugging is under the management of collecting, sorting, and processing by manual, which will cause difficult to retain the outcome of debugging, poor data sharing, document management confusion. Implementation of computer automatic analysis and management with the nuclear power DCS debugging data, has important practical significance.Based on a full understanding of the debugging data of first and second level, this paper discussed the feasibility of data management with Subversion( called SVN) which is a mainstream version control system, and found that it could not fully settle for analyzing the data; Through a detailed study on version management theory, combined with the objective needs of a CP1000 nuclear power plant DCS debugging, this paper found the analysis of DCS debugging data was suitable for the tree relationship model and complete file storage. Meanwhile this paper designed the delta file generation algorithm for a variety of data sources.Based on the experience of engineers, the paper realized the intelligent analysis of the data of a same version, by means of signal connection match check, topology relationship analysis, parameter point attribute value checking. The paper put forward pretreatment for logical drawing in advance, Then,in the web front, using hyperlink to realize the correlation between different logic drawings and Visual management for document.This paper specifies described thde requirement analyse, system design, and other key technologies the system involved. Given the questions of that there wae a large amount of data and the information is scattered,the multi-threading technology was used to improve processing speed,and the HashTable algorithm combined with indexing methods was used to improve the speed of data search in the process of system development.Finally, this paper completed the design and implementation of the intelligent analysis system for nuclear power plant CP1000 debugging data which was successfully applied to some nuclear power plants debugging work. Actual operating results shows that the system is stable, friendly interface, easy maintenance. The system is stable, User-friendly, and convenience to maintain.
