| The safe and stable operation of nuclear power plant is of great significance to the power production and national safety of our country.The deformation monitoring,settlement law,prediction and early warning research of important structures of nuclear power plant have positive effects on the safe operation of nuclear power plant,the prolongation of power plant life,and the establishment of settlement measurement specifications of nuclear power engineering structures.Due to the lack of unified planning,each nuclear power station has formed a "data island".With the advent of the era of big data,it is more and more important to share and update the deformation monitoring data of multiple nuclear power stations in the nuclear power system,explore and use the internal laws of a large number of monitoring data for the maintenance of the entire nuclear power ecosystem.In order to manage,analyze and evaluate the monitoring data of multiple nuclear power plants,and provide scientific data support for the safe operation of nuclear power plants,this paper designs and develops a set of nuclear power plant deformation monitoring information management system with Browser / Server structure based on the original structure deformation monitoring management system of each nuclear power plant,and analyzes the monitoring data,forecast display,comparative evaluation and report generation.The main research work is as follows:Firstly,the paper analyzes the basic characteristics of the existing deformation monitoring data processing system of nuclear power plant.In view of the shortcomings in the system,it puts forward the necessity of building an information system for unified management of monitoring data of nuclear power plant and the system design requirements,and designs three functional modules: system management,nuclear power plant management and data analysis.Based on the web development technology,using the Spring + Spring MVC + Mybatis development framework,combined with Java Script,HTML,CSS and other front-end development technology,the overall design and framework of the nuclear power plant deformation monitoring information management system is built.By using the database migration technology based on JDBC and XML(Extensible Markup Language),the monitoring data is synchronously updated from the source database of each nuclear power plant to the cross platform integration of this platform,which lays the data foundation for the analysis and utilization of monitoring data.Combined with mature data analysis and prediction model,deformation evaluation model and chart processing technology,the functions of monitoring data analysis,prediction display,comparative evaluation and report generation are developed. |
