| Facility management(FM) is a new-born major which is formed by several correlative subjects. The presently mentioned FM plans, constructs and manages the residents’ living environment and its quality with the latest technological means to maintain the quality of human’s living space and improve the economic benefit of the enterprise. Especially for the large public buildings, FM plays a significant role in the development of the firm and the operation of the project. With the coming of the knowledge economy era and rapid development of information society, information construction has become necessarily important technology means and management tool. Thus, it’s of great realistic significance to research on facilities management of large public buildings.Based on the theory study of FM, FM system at home and abroad, BIM technology and the united application of mobile intelligent terminal and facility management, this thesis summarizes the developing trend of facility management in our country, taking the challenge faced by facility management at home into account. The facility management mode of informationlized means is obtained and the content in which is analyzed from the perspective of BIM, mobile intelligent terminal and so on, by analyzing the traditional facility management in the thesis. And according to this mode, facility management system is designed and developed through a series of demand research by taking a conference center as an example. The author analyze the structure and function framework of this system, introduce the application effect of facility management system theory in the practical work and verify the function and value of information technology such as BIM in facility management. Finally, a summary of the main achievements of this thesis, and research emphasis and direction for the future was prospected.The research of this thesis proves that it’s very necessary to promote BIM, mobile intelligent terminals technology in the facility management of construction project, especially large, complex projects and carry on information construction. The thesis work has a certain reference value for promoting the information construction of facility management in our country. |
