Study On The Safety Management System Of Aircraft Maintenance In A General Aviation Company

In recent years, domestic general aviation industry grows rapidly, the number of general aviation aircraft increases sharply, the proportion of general aviation accidents, concorde incidents and unsafe occurrence caused by aircraft maintenance human reason increases significantly, and has become the second unsafe factor effected to general aviation flight safety next to flight human reason. The serious lack of professional technical and management personnel including mechincs, engineers, qulity controller and far behind of aircraft maintenance safety management system, makes the problem of aircraft airworthiness safety become the focus of debate and concern from the industry and the public.Firstly, the development and study situation of general aviation in domestic and foreign is introduced in the thesis, and then embarked from the general aviation aircraft maintenance requirements and characteristics, to have a detailed introduction of maintenance safety management system in A general aviation company based on organizational structure, security policy, management system etc. Through monographic study to the operation of aircraft safety management system and the implementation of risk management activities in A general aviation company, to have a discussion to safety information evaluation, risk source recognition, risk estimation and development of risk control measures etc. Using maintenance error decision analysis(MEDA) as a starting point, having a selective analysis to the method of evaluation for collected safety information in A general aviation company; Using operating conditions risk evaluation(LEC) as a starting point, having a selective analysis to the process of risk source recognition, then having a further analysis to effect of the risk management for aircraft maintenance safety management system in A general aviation company, finding out the deficiencies and improving them.Through the analysis to risk management case of aircraft maintenance safety management system, a set of scientific and complete implementation method of constructing aircraft maintenance safety management system and implementing risk management for general aviation company is summed up in this thesis, therefore having a certain reference significance for improving the maintenance safety management level of general aviation enterprises, reducing maintenance error and avoiding major maintenance accidents and concorde incidents.
