Firstly, this article focuses on how the aircraft power supply control system reconstruct the aircraft power supply network when aircraft power supply equipment is broken. Based on B787 electrical network structure, using ANSOFT/SIMPLORER software models each device logic simulation model of electrical network structure to simulate the dynamic process of restructuring when generator of aircraft is under different failure modes, and demonstrate a variety of failures protective action status, and achieve redundant power supply mechanism. In order to improve the interaction power supply control system, using MATLAB GUI design of the power supply control terminal achieves a joint simulation of MATLAB and SIMPLORER, and brings out the protection of power supply control system in the event of power failure.Secondly, in order to study power consumption of electrical equipment during flight, making use of MATLAB GUI design techniques completes the aircraft's power statistical analysis software of electrical network. Combined with the composition of the electrical network structure of the aircraft, the software modules are realized to build links between load and bus bar, bus bar and bus bar, power and bus bar. So the software can be applied to statistical analysis of different aircraft electrical network structure, improving the applicability of the software. Meanwhile, in the software implementation process, combined with the electrical network structure of B787 aircraft, consumption of power is analyzed to verify the availability of statistical analysis software, according to the input parameter information of a series of loads, power and bus bar.
