Power supply system of petrifaction enterprise is a relatively complicated power supply and distribution system, which needs two independent power supply source. From the total transformer substation of factory to power distribution of each device, they all adopt single-bus disjunction power supply, principal power utilization load is 6 kv and 380 v motor. Dual power source supply, spinning reserve of bus disjunction ,one of the pump load in motion and the other in reserve at normal. This power supply system requires highly effective power automatism switch input and motor reset. Once a single circuit power break down, the power supply of system should be able to reinstate automatically, and the motor can be reset automatically too. As an effective measure to ensure reliability of power supply, automatic switch-in method of reserve power supply is highly theoretical and practical. However, simple switch function of reserve power supply still could not meet the requirement of these large-scale, intensified and precise devices of petrifaction, particularly power supply requirement for power utilization system , which is a thermal Power Station to be provided by ourselves. The quality of motor group reset control strategy will determine whether manufacture could be stable or resume work level in high-speed when power system fault switching.Power supply system of enterprise setup at large automatic switch-in device of reserve power supply .But to complex power supply system ,there is exceptive desire in switch-in reserve power. Wo need more go deep into exploring and practice to the switch control of interfix domanial.It can avoid hidden danger and damnify to power system and electrical equipment. This thesis analyzes the process which is in the power-lose fail case, transformer station bus of large load by Motor category transforme residual voltage to transient state. Emphasize dig deep into discussing the theorem of double circuit power switch as well as control logic of power automatism switch input This thesis brings up methods to realize form of power fast switch and solutions of reserve power supply self-running switch to satisfy complex power supply system. The device is applied in power supply system of petrifaction , there is good reliability for a large number of motor group starting Hereon base ,this thesis also brings up control program to optimize motor group starting.The control logic, design ideas and realize form for power automatism switch input this thesis bring up have been applied and checked by practice in project, which prove that these ideas can realize the reliability of power automatism switch input for power supply system when motor load more and concentration. The Strategy for voltage and current control motor group reset mentioned in this thesis can made the time of motor group reset greatly accelerate when the system power-lose, and thus meet the need of petrifaction production in greatest limitation. Research production and solutions for similar project question can be also borrowed in relevant fields.
