It often encounters the blasting of a single free surface in the practical engineering,and in the same rock conditions, the seismic effect of single free surface produced by the blasting is large, and it is difficult to control. Especially it is not ignored for the structure's vibration effects which is closed to the explosion center. When the blasting face is a single free surface, to use air interval of axial decoupling charge structures, it is so little research of the earthquake wave properties, so it is not clear whether the charge structures have obvious damping effect. In view of the above problems, the paper presents a idea that uses the air interval of axial decoupling charge structures in the single free face blasting to reduce the blasting vibration effect, and taking the blasting experiments combined with the actual engineering, to use the research methods of such as blasting vibration partition concept, fine analysis, BP wavelet method, it has conducted the thorough research for the blasting seismic wave characteristics of using air spaced axial decoupling in shot hole of different charge structures. The main results are summarized as follows:1.It summarizes the research status and the existing short comings of the single free surface blasting systematically, and puts forward some key problems of using a singl e free surface air spaced axial decouple charge to damp the blasting vibration.2.According to the experimental conditions of the site, completed blasting vibration test scheme of structure design and test work under single free face decouple charge which is closed to the explosion center.3. Using the research method of fine analysis, regress?statistics the monitoring data, achieves blasting seismic wave amplitude characteristic ?time-frequency characteristic and energy characteristics of various charge structure.4. The BP wavelet neural network model is applied to the prediction of blasting vibration characteristic parameters, it can consider multiple main influencing factors.5. Applies the study of all the rules to the actual project, and it achieves good damping effect.
