Today ,with our economy developing so rapidly , as the most competitive and the most economical way during different work methods in projects-demolishing, blasting is paid much attention for the harm that surroundings suffer while the blasting vibration happens ,especially after the blasting-technique is widely applied .In this paper ,based on the safety monitoring of blasting in the extending-dimension of reservoir of QINGDAO , combined with lots of the first measured data , it makes a analysis to the blasting seismic wave and sums up the rules of the blasting-vibrations. It develops the orders how the blasting seismic wave effects to the building's vibrations .Main performances are showed as :First, the mechanism of production, sort , the parameters of blasting (such as amplitude, frequency and lasting time) and the influences how the amplitude , frequency and lasting time made as the main three points of blasting, are analyzed in the theory; then the constituent , characteristic of blasting and sensitive parts of damaging of building(such as multi-layer-bricking-up building , multi-layer-framing building , monolayer factory building and high structure) are analyzed in detail.Second, by using the explode-measure software: IDTS 3850 Seismogragh, and the Matlab program, an analysis is made to the data get from the blasting field, summed the traits of the parameter of the blasting seismic wave.Finally ,aiming at the vibration signal's trait of blasting, and also at the basis of introducing wavelet theory, the analyzing-technology of wavelet and wavelet pocket are put into use of blasting vibration signal energy field. By building the single degree of freedom system's wavelet model, which is after the blasting vibration affect, analysis is taken to the single degree freedom of system's energy in blasting vibration, and deduced the single degree of freedom system's energy-respond formula effected by wavelet. By using the Matlab6. 5's Wavelet Toolbox's dbN array's wavelet packet analysis , function and algorithm correspond to the analysis parameter's rebuild. Compiling program , the wavelet analysis of blasting vibration's signal energy distribution is accomplished, and the traits of the blasting vibration signal distribution in different frequencies is gotten.The conclusion of this paper has explained the dynamic characteristics that buildings responds to the blasting seismic wave, and the reference is able to be used for actual projects.
