The durability of the reinforced concrete bridge is defined as the maintenance and the expected use conditions, the bridge structure and its associated components are capable of maintaining the minimum performance required to be maintained within a predetermined period. Monitoring and evaluation of the durability of the data for its safe operation, to protect people's life and property. Due to geographical position and technical limitations, The existing monitoring system is not only short of remote monitoring, real-time transmission and other functions, and there are defects in data processing and system reliability, in this paper, the durability of reinforced concrete bridge structures is studied, mainly to solve the problem of sensor node deployment and data fusion for remote monitoring of its durability data.First of all, the paper analyzes the key technologies of the problem and the principle for design of the durability monitoring, on the basis of which build the overall plan of the durability monitoring of bridge and complete the hardware design of the wireless remote monitoring, software design and the monitoring center software functions, data were processed by multi-source information fusion technology.Secondly, researching on the deployment issues of wireless sensor network node, in order to establish the node deployment optimization model, perception model are having been studied. Using simulated annealing algorithm, genetic algorithm and simulated annealing genetic algorithm optimization deployment of sensor nodes are studied, envoys in constant repair coverage hole as possible under the condition of complete coverage of the monitoring area.At last, in order to verify the validity of the simulated annealing genetic algorithm, developing the MATLAB toolbox, establishing a GUI interface, using a separate genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm for comparison algorithm, carrying out the simulation experiment, the results show that the simulated annealing genetic algorithm can effectively improve the coverage of wireless sensor network.The problem of data processing in the traditional monitoring system is solved by data fusion algorithm, it can improve the efficiency of data transmission and improve the accuracy of data, the coverage of sensor nodes and the reliability of the system are improved by optimizing the deployment of the nodes, it provides a new method for the wireless remote monitoring of bridge durability.
