The first part in this paper, the ordinary silicate cement is used as raw material,the factors such as metakaolin, halloysite and water reducing agent are respectively studied on the properties of grouting material.Then the properties of grouting materials which have different water cement ratio are compared.And the economic analysis and evaluation is done simply.The summaries show that:The water reducing agent is 0.3%; The metakaolin is 10% of cement content; The metakaolin or halloysiteis able to improverate of the stone, compressive strength and characteristic of suspended of grouting material.The second part,the use of organic adhesive, high viscosity mineral admixture as cement mortar plasticizer,meanwhile investigate the influence of water-cement ratio, superplasticizer admixture dispersion properties of cement slurry, developed with significant dispersion resistance and early strength effect of underwater dispersed slurry.From the experimental results, it can be known that the best flocculant is HPMC,the best super-plasticizer is poly-carboxylate super-plasticizer, and the best accelerator is chlorinated calcium. The optimal dosage of the flocculant is 0.5%, the super-plasticizer is 1.0% and the accelerator is 5%. Its strength is full compliance with engineering indicators, especially late strength.The third part, The use of high-performance water-based slurry as the slurry formulation, by surface modification of a surface treatment based grout, it has relatively high strength, while having a combination of lipophilic substances such as coal(or fusion) of the capacity, the the main purpose is to mine coal pillar reinforcement and policyholders coalface of coal reinforcement.
