Research On Scheme Assessment Of Main Electric Single Line In Electric Power Engineering Design

According to the needs of Chinese economy development and strategy, Chinese electric power design enterprises participate in many domestic and international power engineering design projects. During those projects, main electric single line diagram decides economic and technical performance. Therefore, main electric single line diagram design is fairly important. Based on current situation, the paper proposes a scheme assessment method of main electric single line diagram in electrical power engineering design, by studying 110 k V substation project.First, on the basis of standards and specifications, application environment and assessment style, the paper positions assessment method: with reference to design data, a simple engineering calculation from three aspects containing reliability, flexibility(expansion) and economy. Then the paper proposes scheme assessment methods of reliability, expansion and economy. Choose a suitable equipment model, point out the problems of minimum cut set method, network method, and Monte Carlo method, considering application environment propose a scheme assessment method of reliability by improving the analytical method from the aspect of fault combination analysis. Analyze requirements of expansion, abstract the problem of model-evaluation of extension project of time distribution and power construction caused by expansion project, propose a scheme assessment method of expansion. Summarize the problems of usual economic evaluation and minimum cost method, propose a scheme assessment method of economy by improving total investment estimate and introducing economic loss caused by expansion project. In the end, the paper displays how to use the scheme assessment method through example.
