Electrical Design And Analysis Of Yuanhong Investment Zone Thermal Power Plant

Fuzhou Yuanhong investment zone thermal power plant is built mainly for heating which defines the power it generates.The first phase of the thermal power plant is expected to begin in mid-2016 and can supply about 20 MW of electricity power for Yuanhong investment zone in Fuzhou with the largest heating ofl45.4 t/h.The heat consumption of enterprises in Yuanhong investment zone increases as projects in eastern and western region are put into production gradually,so is the demand to increase the number of scattered small boilers,which intensifies environmental pollution.Compared with the scattered heat supply boiler,a central boiler for heating will have high efficiency and smaller amount of pollutants,which can save a lot of coal resources.Central heating,which will produce huge economic benefit,environmental benefit and social benefit in the aspect of energy conservation and emissions reduction,will be applied in Yuanhong investment zone.The project will make significant contribution to energy conservation,emissions reduction and atmospheric environmental protection in Fuqing city;at the same time,it can make convenience for the steam usage of the factories,enterprises and increase the income of heating company,create job opportunities and reduce enterprise land consumption.In a word,the project meets the demand of overall planning and environmental protection requirements in Yuanhong Investment zone and is significant for the future development of the area.In this project,two sets of high temperature and high pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler of 130t/h with one set of back pressure steam turbine generator of 20MW will be built in phase ?,another three sets of high temperature and high pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler of 130t/h with two sets of back pressure steam turbine generator of 20MW will be built in phase ? to meet the heat and electricity consumption need in the investment zone.This paper elaborates the feasibility design of thermal power plant project according to the characteristics of Yuanhong investment zone,including:(1)makes the plan of the whole power plant,makes particular analysis of the plot plan and different schemes for the project,the best plot plan for the project is made;(2)makes analysis of the scheme of steam turbine and boiler,elaborates the selection of steam turbine and boiler and provide the best choice for the project;(3)specify the key for the design including arrangement,control and firefighting and so on;(4)specify the design of connection with the power grid and the importance of the power plant;(5)specify the electric design of the power plant,especially the important part of plant income;(6)calculate the auxiliary power rate of the power plant and make investment estimation and economy evaluation.The design of Yuanhong investment zone thermal power plant provided valuable experience on construction of the similar thermal power plant,and made due contribution to the smooth implementation for the development of Yuanhong investment zone.
