To improve the reliability of generator operation, reduce the cost of electricity generating enterprises is two important economic indicators. In order to achieve maximum efficiency within the whole life cycle of new power plant, power plant investment often invited many electric power design institute put forward different design schemes of the same project, and carry out sufficient demonstration, this includes not only the initial investment of power plant construction, and also covers the power plant put into operation after the operation and maintenance costs. As one of the most important equipments in power plant, the main electrical wiring design more and more attention.600MW and above large capacity units because of its stand-alone capacity, load local supply and demand balance difficulties, power plant in the factory only 500 k V a voltage level to the regional power load center. With the improvement of environmental standards, new thermal power plant siting further away from the city center, away from the surrounding 220 k V substation, if not improve their design ideas, continue to use past the typical design scheme from the external 220 k V substation lead is connected with a starting / standby power supply, on the one hand, by economic developed, densely populated areas, land acquisition removal difficult, high cost of land requisition compensation, resulting in power plant outlet line infrastructure investment is relatively high; on the other hand, after the separation of plant and network, from the grid connection of start / standby power, power grid companies generally treated by large industrial users annually to power plant charge expensive basic capacity tariff. If the configuration of generator outlet circuit breaker(hereinafter referred to as GCB), optimizing plant electricity a system wiring scheme can not only avoid the above problems, but also greatly for the power plant, saving operating costs. Therefore, the design and optimization of the configuration of the GCB it is necessary to carry out in a power plant.Based on the construction of large thermal power plant as the research object, is divided into seven chapters, the first chapter analyzes the research background, research status and the GCB; the second chapter expounds the theory of project management, project risk, project cost, and analyzes the design requirements of the program, principles and methods; the third chapter analysis on the effect of GCB on the reliability of power supply from the power plant safety and technology, it is necessary to configure the GCB; the fourth chapter puts forward the large thermal power plant of six typical GCB configuration; the fifth chapter is based on six typical design scheme to carry out a comprehensive performance comparison research, draw the optimum design; the sixth chapter according to the actual case on the design, six to carry out the demonstration and application case analysis, verified the practicability of the scheme; the seventh chapter is the conclusion of this paper.Through research, summed up the general principles of GCB configuration for large thermal power plant, and according to the provisions of the emergency power supply for the regional different charges that scheme is optimal design scheme in this paper can provide a reference for the new large-scale power generation project GCB configuration and the main electrical wiring design.
