Aircraft wing-body flexible drilling has become an important process in the whole assembly process, the large volume of aircraft wing and drilling equipment, complex structure, action of fine, and the site coordination difficulties, so drilling visualization simulation providing the staff to control the audience and monitor local plays an important role in the drilling. The topic for the independent research and development of a flexible rail automatic drilling machine, based on flexible drilling process visualization technology,starting from the practical application to provide multi-angle of view for the drilling process,making a study of the real time data driven and visualization simulation platform.Unified the data source of the drilling system, and proposed the use of PDPI drilling data organization for the main information related to the wing drilling process to integrate all drilling system data, after which realized the unified management and parallel use of the drilling data. The transmission of field communication mode is also introduced, and in the application of PDPI data, the system used the database to manage the drilling data.Introduced the five coordinate automatic drilling equipment and handled to light-weight solid model, established PPR tree based on the wing drilling visualization demand, analysis of wing drilling datum for scene modeling demand. Studied the generation process of 3D drilling scene, finished the drilling scene modeling.Studied the data driven drilling visualization strategy which based on drilling site dynamic factors, and explains the generation generation principle, detailed introduces the data analysis and driving of simulation system, studied the drilling system model adjusting and data visualization methods, achieved the data driven drilling process visual simulation.Using VC++6.0 as a development platform, combined with Hoops software development kit, established the communication linkage between visualization PC and PLC based on TCP/IP communication protocol, and developed a visualization prototype system FAS-Drilling, through on-site drilling examples, verify the practical application of data driven drilling visualization of the aircraft wing.
