Aircraft wing-body drilling has long became a pretty important process in the whole assembly processes.The adopt of high-precision and automated drilling equipments is not only an efficient method to improve the drilling quality and efficienty,but also a kind of gordian technique to guarantee the high performance and long life time for modern aircraft.The aircraft assembly field is spacious,with abundant processing equipments in it,which leads a limited view to the site manager.And the information of the production process cannot be fed back timely.A visual platform is needed to show information contained in the drilling process,as well as support information interaction and real-time monitoring for manager.Specific to aircraft flexible assembly field,this thesis represents the research on visual monitoring technology of aircraft wing-body drilling process,driven by real time data.Specific to the main datas during aircraft wing-body drilling,an organization mode of drilling data set was proposed in this thesis,on account of the ideology of unified data management and SSPD(Single Source of Product Data).Meanwhile this data set's composition and collection methods were put forward,and its application was illustrated through network data encoding and data storage.Facing to the requirements of visual monitoring of drilling field,the system of wingbody drilling was analyzed.Geometric modeling and kinematic modeling of 5-DOF drilling equipment were analyzed.By analysis of the relation between coordinates and adjustment of wing-body posture,the three-dimensional scenario modeling of wing-body drilling was completed.A visual monitoring strategy for data-driven drilling was studied.Taking advantage of receiving and parsing the real time NC data,the virtual secene of aircraft drilling was driven to move in three-dimensional space.By the adoption of multiple viewpoints,partial viewpoints,and formation of hole sites,the visual simulation and monitoring of drilling process was achieved eventually.Finally,on CATIA V5,the visual monitoring system of aircraft wing-body drilling was developed by using CAA secondary development technology.Through network connection,the actual application performance of the visual monitoring of aircraft flexible drilling was verified.
