The development of urbanization in China is promoting thesubway tunnel engineering construction development rapidly. During the process of subway tunnel project quality control, segment assembly is the key process. The thesis is based on the analysis of the subway tunnel segment assembling quality control, combined with the practice of certain subway tunnel segment assembling case. It analyzedthe deficiencies of traditional management mode, and provided a new idea for application of information technology in the subway tunnel segment assembling quality control. It proposed the subway tunnel segment assembling quality control model and discussed the meaning of improving the tunnel segment assembling managementquality control model.This thesis pointed out that the segment assembling quality control information system is the core of the tunnel segment assembling quality control, and then it analyzed the requirement of information system in subway tunnel segment assembling quality control. The demand plan was based on the system role modeling, function requirements. It proposed the subway tunnel segment assembling quality control information system design principle. According to the principle, the system function structure, business process, the structure of the system, the technical structure systemwere designed for the segment assembling quality control information system.The result of the thesis fits well with the characteristics of the subway tunnel segment assembling quality control and the challenges, which improves the normative and diversity of tunnel segment assembling quality control and laid a foundationfor the segment assembling quality control information construction of the subway tunnel.
