Intelligent power plant, as one of the most important Twelfth five year plan, the Judgment of transformer aging Characteristics plays a very important function on residents living. Furfural as one of the particular products the transformer insulation aging, the general pre-treatment of Furfural detection is time-consuming and laborious. In order to achieve more automated equipment, avoid the complex pre-treatment process, the design of new and more automatic processing technology and new detection technology has great significance to ensure the safe operation and intelligent power system.This experiment is mainly divided into two parts, one is the design of a new automated solid phase extraction method of Furfural, determining the optimum treatment conditions, further close to the Intelligent power plant technology, to achieve automatic pre-treatment, to determine the saturated adsorption capacity of per unit adsorbent, discusses whether there is proportional relationship of Furfural after adsorption and desorption; the second part is to choose a suitable chromogenic agent for reaction,deviate the absorption wavelength of Furfural and Interfering substances,explore the feasibility of predicting the concentration of Furfural in transformer oil,provide technical support for the dynamic monitoring of changes of the Furfural concentration in oil.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Designed a new automated solid phase extraction method of Furfural and explore the processing parameters, the experimental results show that: the optimum adsorption is silica gel, is need to activate the adsorbents before extraction,the saturated adsorption capacity of per unit adsorbent is 0.31 ppm.(2) The desorption process optimum design parameters of solid phase extraction for desorption agent Methanol is 15 ml. the best desorption time is 5min;(3) There is a stable relation of Furfural concentration in transformer oil after adsorption- desorption. The results show that in the quantitative analysis of the Furfural at the wavelength of 275 nm, the proportional relationship of Furfural concentration in oil ranged from 0.1ppm to 3.00 ppm is stability with good repeatability;(4) As Aniline acetate added in the transformer oil, it can be detected by UV detection at 526 nm conditions, disrupting the peak wavelength far apart.This method can eliminate interference, providing more accurate technical support for transformer aging test.To sum up, the design of a new automatic Furfural extraction method goes further close to the Intelligent power plant technology,making automatic processing of transformer solid feasible. using the optimal conditions, determine the transformer oil sample.According to the proportional relationship of Furfural after desorption, the Furfural concentration can be predicted.
