In the 21st century, low-carbon economy and green energy were advocated more and more, which brings the energy supplying way of city smart park enormous changes. In the future, the power distribution system of the smart park will have a lot of solar photovoltaic and other renewable energy access at the same time, and it can meet the charging and discharging of electric vehicles. Renewable energy and electric vehicle charging station construction makes a lot of uncertainty in the distribution network, thus when making a distribution network planning more and more factors needs to be considered. How to adopt a reasonable approach to deal with these uncertainties, and establish feasible planning models becomes a research hotspot. In this article,we firstly analyze and review the general characteristics and basic principles of the city smart park power distribution system planning, and analyze the smart park distribution network planning commonly used techniques and methods, so we can understand the whole picture of the distribution network planning problem. Then we analyze and model the various components of the smart park power distribution system, which it's a preparation for the whole system planning model. Including:load forecasting and load modeling, getting load formation by theoretical calculation, segmented load curve in order to facilitate planning use; solar photovoltaic modeling, simulation hourly levels of power output for solar power system for planning use; electric vehicle charging stations and energy storage modeling, establish its planning model based on the operation mode.Establish integrated planning model of the smart park power distribution system which containing photovoltaic power generation and electric vehicle charging stations. Establish the locating and sizing models of substation and the distribution power grid planning models based on the analysis of photovoltaic and electric vehicle charging stations connected impact. Finally we used the improved genetic algorithm to solve the smart park power distribution system planning model which containing photovoltaic and electric vehicle charging station connected. We solved the locating and sizing models of substation and the distribution power grid planning models, and then give a specific numerical example and discussion.
