In recent years, photovoltaic power generation technology has been widely used, along with our country new energy law enacted, photovoltaic power system will have broader development space in our country. Inverter is an important component of photovoltaic power generation systems, its performance has great influence on the photovoltaic inverter system. Study of the inverter, grid algorithm and so on, has great practical significance.This paper main research content for photovoltaic inverter power supply, including:high power without transformer in inverter topology structure; Based on the TMS320F2812 DSP digital control system; Voltage control strategy based on current compensation system of maximum power tracking (MPPT); Based on Matlab/Simulink model design of the embedded core system design scheme. Hope with the help of nonlinear fuzzy control scheme of the high speed DSP, to improve the efficiency of the whole device, reduce cost, volume and output harmonic component of the system and filtering requirements, on the basis of hoisting system of digital level in order to realize the modular and distributed photovoltaic power generation. Modeling design system available online operation to simplify the test steps; Due to the standardization of the code reuse, but also can greatly improve the efficiency of the reliability of the code, and development; Because of the prototype system is out of the underlying hardware, so this plan is good portability, easy to upgrade. Using Matlab2010 version of RTW-development environment CCS, EC call application model of development methods, conducted on TMS320F2812 digital signal processor of rapid prototyping design and debugging of SPWM algorithm, and gives the test results, proved that the new method is efficient.Photovoltaic inverter power of this project is mainly applied to the middle class 3000W output power of the device, hoping the multilevel inverter topology and nonlinear high-speed DSP fuzzy control scheme to improve the efficiency, the whole device, reduce the system cost, volume,and output harmonics filtering requirements, digital level based on the lifting system to realize modular, distributed photovoltaic power generation. Through the Matlab2010 version of the RTW-EC call the CCS development environment, development method of application model, the rapid prototype design and debugging of the SPWM algorithm for the digital signal processor TMS320F2812, and gives the results of the tests, it proves that the new method is efficient.
