In recent years, with the development of science and technology and production equipment, production function more and more complete, the equipment structure is more and more complicated, and more and more types of equipment failure, has become a key factor affecting the production efficiency. Therefore, scientifically formulate the production equipment repair and maintenance planning, rational organization of equipment repair and maintenance, technical ability such as reasonable arrangement of time, correct repair toolsa nd repair personnel, repair method and repair the environment etc Repair method of reliab-ility centered scientifically formulate repair program for optimization of production equip-ment, repair system, provide the theory basis, and has been successfully applied in man y military and industrial fields. Therefore the repair method of reliability centered, to plan and organize the machining process design and repair, to ensure product quality andprodu ction efficiency, the research has great theoretical significance and practical application value to improve the safety and reliability of the operation production equipment.According to the mechanical processing workshop production line SBW organization form in paper, the key design failure mode analysis by application of fertilizer, repair rep-air method to study the reliability centered in the mechanical processing production equi-pment, and discussed the lubrication system for equipment maintenance and long service equipment repair, has completed the following research content.(1) Discuss the key technique analysis method of reliability centered repair process steps and failure mode and effect; the double beam bridge crane hoist and CNC boring machine as an example, the method of failure mode and effect analysis, studied the loc-al and global causes, mechanical equipment and structure failure specific function the work environment conditions, analysis of failure mode respectively total system gives a double beam bridge crane and CNC boring machine and key components of the equipment in spection and repair; according to the record, the equipment fault weak link, the evolution and the corresponding repair equipment reliability and maintenance decision scheme with time.(2) The working reliability of NC machine tool based on timing, lubricating oil repl-acement cost and availability calculation expression are given. Using CNC boring an. Usi-ng CNC boring and milling machine lubrication system of Long men maintenance record data, the relationship between working time of equipment and equipment reliability calc-ulation, the influence of working time and oil quality on reliability is discussed, the optim alscheme for lubricating oil detection and replacement time.(3)In order to bridge crane as an example, the reliability problem of repair enterprise production in the period of service equipment.
