Research on Marine Tug Appliance Selective Maintenance SystemTraditional planed maintenance system has been used long time for marine tug appliance of Dalian port. But with the maintenance technology development, there are three different maintenance systems for marine tug appliance maintenance in Dalian port now. These are planned maintenance, condition-based maintenance, breakdown maintenance. In this case, the original kind of planned maintenance system is not suitable to practical circumstance for Dalian port. It is very necessary to investigate on the kind of new maintenance system to guide Dalian port marine tug appliance maintenance.In this thesis, selective maintenance system and its support theories-oil liquid monitor technique and maintenance decision-making theory are investigated in detail according to the change of foundation to manage to the equipments system. Then, the application of selective maintenance system is emphasis investigated on marine appliance of Dalian port.Through the investigation on selective maintenance system, it can be concluded that the selective maintenance system is emphasis on multi-maintenance system corporation together, including breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance, condition maintenance, corrective maintenance and active maintenance. At the same time, it need pay more attention to condition-based maintenance and the application of computer support for decision. Therefore, this research put forward marine appliance selective maintenance system for Dalian port according to the marine appliance maintenance condition of Dalian port the present. The oil liquid monitors technique for the main of Dalian port monitors technique system is established. The standard of the oil liquid monitors application is studied and established. The decision support system for marine appliance maintenance of Dalian port is developed.
