This paper begins with the design of coupled inductors. By designing reasonable structure, excellent performance of coupled inductor, applying to the multi-channel interleaving parallel bi-directional DC/DC converter, the converter performance index for each phase will improve effectively. Then combine the magnetic integration technology with working channel control, make the light-load efficiency of multi-channel interleaving parallel magnetic integrated bidirectional DC/DC converter further improved.Firstly, as traditional "EE" model and "El" model coupled inductors an example, in order to overcome the shortcomings of above two kinds of couped inductors air gap is too concentrated, magnetic pressure and flux distribution is not uniform, as well as air gap is too close to the winding. This paper puts forward a kind of advanced coupled inductor structure named "E?E", and establishing the magnetic circuit model, providing the design method. Simulation and circuit experiment show that the coupled inductor performance better and have strong practicability. Secondly, analyzing the problems of converter with low light-load efficiency and high power loss caused by PWM control technology. Furthermore, combining the ISL6558 control chip build a 4-channel interleaved Buck converter with optimal number of phase. According to the change of load, the converter will decrease the work channel number timely so that can improve the light-load efficiency of Buck converter due to removing useless work channel power loss. Finally, based on "E?E" structure, this paper put forward the "I ?I" coupled inductor, and apply the "I?I" coupled inductors on 4-channel interleaved bi-directional DC/DC converter with optimal number of phase. Through the circuit experiments, verify that use the control method of the magnetic integration technology and alterable working channel combination, will significantly improve the light-load efficiency of bidirectional DC/DC converter.
