Bidirectional DC/DC converter is widely used in solar power, hybrid cars, wind power generation energy system, super capacitor systems in which the energy is required flow two-way.With the improvement of output power of DC/DC converter in recent years, the interleaving technique is used,in order to reduce the current stress of the switches, reduce the input and output current ripple, improve the transient response speed of the converter. In order to reduce the converter volume further, the magnetic integration technique is used in converter, that is,reduce a plurality of discrete inductance with coupled inductance.Firstly, the mode distribution of DC/DC converter in the DCM mode and the specific implementation of the channel interleaved converter are studied. The working conditions of the converter under the DCM mode are further studied. The theoretical basis of the ZVS control for the channel interleaved parallel magnetic integrated converter is provided.Secondly,on the basis of the analysis of the mode of the converter, the conditions for the DC/DC are studied, and the control method based on the combination of ZVS is proposed;Thirdly, the design process of the main circuit and control circuit of the converter is given. Finally, the efficiency curves of the converter are given. The experimental results show that the ZVS control is combined with the channel frequency conversion control.
