The transmission medium of wireless power transmission is the alternating magnetic field. The energy exchange and transmission through the coupling between two objects with high energy transmission efficiency. Currently the technology is not mature. There are many key technologies to be solved, such as:transmission distance, transmission efficiency, electromagnetic radiation and so on. Therefore, this technology is at a stage of research and development. But, wireless power transmission technology will not be ignored in the future. Many advantages will be used by a large scale. This paper will design a mobile phone charging platform by magnetic coupling resonant wireless power transmission technology.This article introduces the background and current situation of the development of wireless power transmission. Introduction to some issues of the technology briefly. Analysis of the application fields of wireless power transmission. Introduction and analysis of the types of wireless power transmission technology. Create a simple model of series resonant topology. Simulation analysis on this model by Saber simulation software. Analysis of several factors that affecting the wireless power transmission. These factors include the topological structure, frequency, Q-factor, coil shape and so on. Verify the influence of these factors on the system with MATLAB simulation software.The main part of the paper is the system hardware circuit. The hardware circuit includes a high frequency inverter circuit, the switch drive circuit, a square wave signal generating circuit, coupled coil design, the rectifying circuit design, the regulator circuit. Introduces the design idea and steps stage by stage. Get the device parameters by calculation. Make a comparative analysis of circular and helical coupling coil with Maxwell electromagnetic analysis software. The results of the analysis showed the most appropriate coil.Finally, Verify charging system by simulation software. Get the simulation waveform of each module. Through the analysis of the waveform to identify system problems. Verify the feasibility of the system by simulation software.
