| With the vigorous development of smart logistics,a large number of sorting robots have been put into use,making sorting work faster,more efficient,and more accurate.Using wireless power transmission technology to power the sorting robot not only improves the safety and reliability of the sorting robot’s charging,but also reduces the weight of the internal battery of the sorting robot,reduces the size of the sorting robot,and extends the battery life of the sorting robot.This paper mainly takes the magnetic coupling mechanism and topological circuit of the sorting robot wireless energy transmission system as the research object,carries out the finite element simulation and the experimental research to the magnetic coupling mechanism of the sorting robot wireless energy transmission system,carries on the topology circuit of the wireless energy transmission system design and simulation.The main content is the following aspects:(1)The basic structure and working principle of the sorting robot wireless energy transmission system are introduced.According to the mutual inductance theory and coupling mode theory,the mathematical modeling and performance analysis of the wireless energy transmission system and the magnetic coupling mechanism are carried out,which lays a theoretical foundation for the design of the magnetic coupling mechanism and the topology circuit.(2)According to the working mode of the sorting robot,it is proposed that the sorting robot uses a combination of static wireless power transmission and dynamic wireless power transmission.The finite element software is used to model and simulate the magnetic coupling mechanism of the wireless power transmission system.The modeling and simulation calculation process of finite element software is expounded,and the basic parameters of the coil,magnetic field distribution and transmission performance are simulated and studied.(3)According to the static magnetic coupling mechanism model established by the finite element simulation software,the experimental components and experimental equipment were selected to construct the transmitting coil and the receiving coil,and the basic parameters and transmission performance of the static magnetic coupling mechanism coil were experimentally studied.(4)Drawing on the working principle of the switching power supply,the transmitter and receiver topology circuits of the wireless power transmission system are designed,the working process of the switch topology circuit is elaborated,and the important component parameters and circuit element performance in the switch topology circuit are explained.The description and formula derivation.Finally,the circuit simulation software is used to simulate the topology circuit.The simulation results show that the switch topology circuit eliminates the effect of the load on the system transmission performance,and realizes the control of the switching frequency of 125 k Hz to control the wireless power transmission system with the resonance frequency of 660 k Hz,which reduces the switching frequency of the switching element and reduces the system Switching loss.The decoupling of load and power supply is realized,and the transmission efficiency of the system is improved. |
