DTH drill is one of the important blasting hole drilling equipment using in coal, building materials, chemical industry and metallurgy auxiliary mine, reliability of drilling rig structure is of great significance to the production. As a result of drilling rig structure has unavoidable random factors in manufacture, installation, operation and so on, it is difficult to give reasonable explanations for some structural failure based on the traditional analysis of uncertainty kinetic parameters, so it is necessary to research on the degree of DTH drill structural reliability affected by random factors sensitive.Stochastic finite element model of drill stand structure was built to studied the law of structural dynamic response and dynamic reliability index affected by steel modulus, exciting force size and exciting force frequency random parameters. On the analysis of dynamic characteristics and dynamic response, the variation law of dynamic stress mean and standard deviation changing with variation factor were analyzed when considering structural parameter separate random and exciting parameter separate. Reliability index of drill frame structure was calculated by stress intensity reliability calculation model under random parameters. By defining relative change rate coefficient, sensitive degree of drill frame structural reliability index affected by random parameter was quantitatively described. The analysis of random parameter that impact drill frame structure dynamic response and reliability sensitivity has important theoretical significance guidance.
