Permanent magnet brushless DC motors occupy an important position in current market, The research system controller has a greater economic value, the researchers have never stopped the work on the topic. Of all kinds of the driving motors, permanent magnet brushless DC motor advantages are clear. This paper based on motor's mathematical model and controlling theory algorithms and finish building the simulation model based on Matlab/Simulink platform control system. Moreover, the design of speed fuzzy PI controller is finished with fuzzy control theory, this paper proposed effective preventive methods for dealing with problem commutation torque ripple.Taking the performance indexes of control system into consideration to determine the overall plan for control system, complete circuit design for the system hardware based on Digital Signal Processor, explain the working principles and realized functions of each unit and finish the manufacture of hardware for control system. With the priority of C language and the combination of hardware circuit, the system main program and interrupt subprograms are designed. And the software debugging is completed. And it has designed interactive interface of motor parameters. Finally, the integrated debugging of the system is carried out. The system is working reliably and meets the design requirement. After the collection of experiment waveform and experimental data from speed, current and voltage, experimental results and simulation results are consistent with the theory, which further proves the correctness and rationality of the system design.
