| In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,China has made great progress in the exploitation,smelting and application of rare earth resources.Brushless DC motors made from rare earth materials have made great progress in this century.The brushless DC motor has excellent capacity,high efficiency,high energy density,good load capacity and high economic life,making it fully capable of functioning as an air conditioner compressor.This paper takes air-conditioning brushless DC motor as the research object,adopts a new type of artificial intelligence control algorithm combining general PID control,adaptive control and fuzzy control---fuzzy adaptive tuning PID control,control single chip STM32F103ZET6 processing by Huo The signal from the sensor is sent to the corresponding control signal---PWM wave,which is input to the drive inverter circuit.The whole drive control system forms a double closed-loop control system for stable control of the motor speed.The hardware part of the system,with STM32F103ZET6 as the control center,the corresponding auxiliary modules around,including the button circuit,power supply circuit,drive inverter circuit,etc.,achieve stable and reliable control of the speed of the brushless DC motor.In the software programming part,according to the functions to be realized by the control system,the overall block diagram of the software is designed,and according to the corresponding functions of each module,the flow chart is drawn and the program is written.In MATLAB / Simulink,the simulation model of the brushless DC motor control system for air conditioner based on fuzzy adaptive tuning PID control is constructed.Combining the actual problems to be solved by the actual control system and the actual effect to be achieved,select the appropriate parameters.The speed and torque of the brushless mainstream motor are simulated.Compared with the traditional PID control simulation waveform,the system can make the brushless DC motor have good running ability and stable output torque.Finally,the physical phase test is carried out to detect the relevant waveforms in the ideal state of HALL,STM32F103ZET6 and three-phase full-bridge circuit operation,and the three-phase line current and phase voltage waveform of the brushless DC motor for air conditioning in the actual application scenario.Through the analysis of the actual operation results,the control system is a reliable and safe brushless DC motor control system for air conditioners.It is environmentally friendly,energy-saving and economical,and can meet the needs of today’s people and the air-conditioning market.Figure [79] Table [5] Reference [63]... |
