Electric vehicle is a new type of transport has low power consumption, pure green. It still has many problems need to be solved, how to improve the operating efficiency and speed of charging is one of them. In this paper, the research of75 k W PSFB(Phase-Shifted Full-Bridge PSFB) ZVS(Zero-Voltage switching)converter is purpose to reduce the switching losses and improve efficiency and speed of the power system. Paper includes the principle analysis, system design and experimental research etc.First, the development of electric vehicles and its existing problems were introduced. Analysis the research results of domestic and foreign DC/DC converter deeply. Has been clear about the phase shifting full bridge ZVS converter is a kind of effective improve efficiency and reduce the loss of the DC/DC power converter.Second, described the requirements of the project and the working principle of PSFB ZVS converter technology in detail, and determined the main circuit topology according to the actual work. Then design the circuit based on the topology, calculation and selection the devices of main circuit. According to the method of establishing small signal model of BUCK circuit, derive the PSFB ZVS circuit of small signal model. Through the establishment of small signal of the open-loop transfer function to draw the corresponding Bode diagram with MATLAB. Through the Bode diagram to analyze the stability of the system.According to the analysis of the stability and the actual project requirements determine the closed loop control mode. And set up and simulation of the whole system, analysis of the experimental results, through theoretical analysis and simulation prove the feasibility of the project design, according to the experimental results validate the various components and adjustments.At last, based on the previous theoretical analysis and simulation experiments, combined with the actual situation, introduced the composition of the PSFB ZVS converter charging station. Then set up the experimental platform,and analyzed the test data with simulation data, to further prove the feasibility of the converter designed by this paper, make improvement and perfection of the converter through experimental analysis, to final meet project requirements.
