Innovation is the soul of the progress on science,and also the impetus of national prosperity.For enterprises,product innovation is the core competitiveness,as well as the key to win in the market competition.While,product innovation needs to accurately grasp the customer requirements for the product;needs the support of multidisciplinary knowledge,technology and experience.It needs to research on the technology of customer requirement processing and product conceptual design,when enterprises to accurately grasp the pulse of the market and quickly make innovation in the environment that product performance,quality,price,environmental protection and other requirements are rapidly changing and products are frequently updating.Relied on the research of mechanical product innovation design based on TRIZ and multidisciplinary simulation and optimization(No.51475129),the National Natural Science Foundation of China,firstly,the research on the mechanical and electrical product requirements acquisition and conceptual design system is carried out.According to the features of concept design,based on scientific effects of TRIZ Knowledge,QFD House of Quality tool theory,secondly,it proposes the approach to concept design integrated QFD/TRIZ.Finally,based on this method,through Java Web technology,it develops an innovative computer-aided design platform for Mechanical and electrical products through SSH framework.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Innovative design methods about the development associated electrical and mechanical product.An overview of the connotation of the concept design,TRIZ and QFD,the development and research status.Analysis the applied possibility in the Process of mechanical and electrical product development.2.The study of the model about mechanical and electrical product conceptual design process.It expounds the definition and the characteristics of concept design,and makes a detailed presentation about the meaning and application of the theory of TRIZ and QFD,analysis the two theories’ solver.Integrate above design methods and theoretical tools,can propose the conceptual design method of mechanical and electrical product which integrated QFD/TRIZ.3.Key technology research to driving conceptual design of mechanical and electrical product.Focus on the technology of requirements processing、the conversion of demand to function,mapping of function to the concept of structure which is the Key technology driving product concept design.For the ambiguity and uncertainty of requirement of customer,put forward a fuzzy clustering approach based on KANO/AHP Model.On the basis of the redefine of demand and capabilities,Proposed the conversion technology of requirements into functional;According to the characteristics of features and benefits,Combined effect of TRIZ Scientific knowledge,It proposed the mapping method based on the functional effects to the structural.4.The research about the development and application about computer aided conceptual design(CACD)Platform for mechanical and electrical product.Based on conceptual design method which Integrated QFD/TRIZ,requirement processing,requirement-function conversion,the mapping of function to structure and other key techniques,develop an innovative computer-aided design platform by SSH framework.The platform is developed with the technology of Java Web,towards mechanical and electrical product development5.The research about implement process of typical mechanical and electrical product conceptual design based on CACD.For example,an hydraulic jack,is put to implementing the product requirements process and conceptual design process with the help CACD platform,so as to verifying the Feasibility of methods and the applicability of platform.It can provide theoretical guidance for the development of mechanical and electrical products when researching on the innovative conceptual design method is carried out,the development of computer aided conceptual design platform can help designers to quickly respond to user needs,enhance the level of design automation,and thus improve the efficiency of the development of mechanical and electrical products.
