| As an important manufacturing industry in China,light industry has developed rapidly in recent years,which constantly improve the national economic development.With the rapid development of light industry,higher requirements are put forward for the innovative manufacturing capacity of light industry equipment.Compared with developed countries,China still faces challenges in the field of light industry equipment,such as low manufacturing capacity and technological level,insufficient innovation capacity,and weak market competitiveness.Most of the light industry equipments needed for economic construction and high-tech industry still rely on imports.At present,the reasons for the lack of innovation ability of light industiy equipment in China are:on the one hand,the knowledge in the field of light industry equipment is complex,lacking of systematic and standardized knowledge representation,and it is difficult for designers to acquire accurate and comprehensive field knowledge,on the other hand,the product design level is relatively low,especially the lack of innovative design methods and means in the field of light industry equipment.The knowledge expression based on ontology can accurately and comprehensively express the complex knowledge in light industry equipment field,which is convenient for knowledge sharing and reuse.In addition,TRIZ(principle of invention problem solving)theory is a multi-disciplinary integration of innovative design theory,which has been widely used at home and abroad.The scientific effect is one of fast innovation methods based on a large number of innovative examples in different fields and different scopes.Scientifically promoting the application of TRIZ theory is the key to realize the field innovation design.Therefore,based on the research of ontology-based knowledge expression in the field of light industry equipment and based on the construction and application of deep knowledge base about scientific effect,a prototype system of computer-aided innovation design in the field of light industry equipment is developed in this thesis.The main research work and results are presented in several aspects:(1)Constructing the ontology knowledge base of light industry equipment field based on the improved seven-step method.Through the research of ontology theory and the improvement of ontology construction method,the thesis puts forward the construction model for ontology knowledge base of light industry equipment field based on the improved seven-step method.Based on the knowledge of light industry equipment field,it focuses on the knowledge of leather products,processing technology,processing equipment and its function in the field of leather equipment,and constructs the ontology knowledge base of light industry equipment field by using protege tool and OWL language,which can realize the expression and storage of knowledge in the field of complex light industry equipment.(2)From the perspective of deep knowledge acquisition,reorganization and application,the scientific effect of TRIZ theory is studied in depth.Establish deep knowledge dictionary and deep knowledge mining model based on scientific effect database to acquire scientific effect knowledge;build deep knowledge database based on FE model to reorganize scientific effect knowledge;create innovative design model based on scientific effect database and scenario decomposition to realize the application of deep knowledge.(3)Constructing a computer-aided innovative design software prototype system for light industry equipment field.Based on the knowledge base of light industry equipment field and deep knowledge base,a computer-aided innovative design software prototype system for light industry equipment field is designed and implemented based on SQL Server 2005 database and C#programming technologies.The system includes theory introduction module,light industry equipment field knowledge base module,scientific effect depth knowledge base module,which can provide designers with field knowledge and scientific effect depth knowledge to support the innovative design of light industry equipment,and improve the efficiency of innovative design.(4)Example verification of the software system.Taking the innovative design of leather drum in the field of leather equipment as an example,using the computer-aided innovative design prototype system for the field of light industry equipment,this thesis analyzes and solves the problems such as insufficient use of tanning agent in the wet processing of existing leather drum,obtains a kind of leather vacuum drum,effectively realizes the innovative and optimal design of the existing drum,and verifies that the system has a good effect.At the same time,adding this innovative example to the system.It is reasonable and practical to solve the technical problems of innovative design in the field of light industry equipment.In summary,the research of this thesis effectively solves the problems that the knowledge of light industry equipment needs to be improved,the innovative methods and means are insufficient,and the TRIZ theory is difficult to be applied in the field,which provides research ideas for carrying out the innovation design in the field of light industry equipment. |
