With the integration of urban and rural construction,people pay more attention to the future of commercial and service developments in the regions.The current regional shopping center and department stores,commercial positioning similar,the same phenomenon seriously,can't meet the needs of the community household consumption of daily life,and the more distant location and the city is not optimistic about the traffic situation,have an effect on people's consumption experience.By neighborhood Center as a service within a 1.5 km radius of the circle of community type of business,providing people with a family daily business services,particularly community health support,parent-child interaction,cultural and entertainment venues,shopping to meet the basic premise more to meet people's demand for culture and entertainment,so that people in leisure time and holidays,in the case of homes,may "have to be shopping,something playable,there is an atmosphere can chat with places to learn,there are space can be raised " to create a more livable space environment.In this paper,community neighborhood center for the study of the subject,by their learning relevant information and documents and the actual case study analysis,summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the characteristics and neighborhood centers present in the case,and then through the theory of learning,propose specific theoretical system and design principles,and ultimately the business environment for system design process.First,the definition of the relevant research community neighborhood centers and lay the theoretical foundation of the concept,and with other commercial center model were compared in terms of floor space,service radius,positioning crowd,format positioning,obtain reasonable planning,construction and orderly advantage;secondly,by the Suzhou industrial park and the Beijing community business the United States the first city to conduct research,analyze and summarize,summarized its format combinations,the business environment system design features,problems and impact on people;Finally,environmental psychology,social form of science,consumer psychology,consumer culture theory knowledge and learning,forming a theoretical system design principles and business model for the neighborhood center,neighborhood center after its application to function layout,visual space image method,green environment,accessible human services,environment,light,color,space and public facilities system interface design,indicate design features and design in detail.And research methods in the Internet era,the future of e-commerce and network integration business entity neighborhood center.Neighborhood center to meet the people's basic material needs features,more people with a retirement community,home,community living space,forming a chat people stay in place,and promote the harmonious development of the neighborhood,the community-driven consumption,the formation of a new neighborhood community culture,weakening the pressure on urban traffic,to avoid the time,money,energy consumption,etc.,is an inevitable trend in the future development of the domestic business community.I hope contents of this paper,can enhance the reader's understanding of neighborhood centers,provide reference suggestions for the relevant academics and future neighborhood center development and construction in the country.
