Research Of Community Neighborhood Center Design Based On Intercourse Demand

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the significant improvement of people’s living standard,people’s demand for mental needs is increasing.Intercourse demand is one of them.Neighborhood center is a new concept of community service originated from Singapore.It plays a decisive role in community governance and residential services for community residents.In recent years,the construction of neighborhood centers in the community is becoming more and more prosperous.The construction effect has been recognized by the residents,and it has also become an important platform for people to meet the needs of intercourse.First of all,the concept and related theories of intercourse and intercourse needs to be further studied,this paper also discussed the development of neighborhood center.Taking the neighborhood center of Suzhou New Town and the center of Lake East as the main object,this paper investigated the distribution of their formats,analyzed their location,external space and internal spatial characteristics,then explored the residents’ intercourse demands and their behavior characteristics through a questionnaire survey of the residents near the two centers.At last the paper summarized the influence of neighborhood center on residents’ intercourse and the spatial problems.On the basis of the analysis of the residents’ intercourse needs and behavior characteristics,this paper puts forward the basic principles of community neighborhood center space design which should follow the experience,situational,open and interesting,and puts forward the design strategies such as the community service space should be function diversified and organization systematized.The commercial space should be scene interactional and consumption form experiential.The leisure and entertainment space should be layout decentralized,scene themed and recreational facilities humanized.The transportation space should be interesting,compounding and situational.The community interface should be street sharing and environmental coupling.This paper preliminarily constructs the strategy of community neighborhood center space design from the perspective of intercourse needs in order to provide some theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of the neighborhood center of the community in the present and future.
