Study On The Whole-Life Body Cooperation Mechanism Of Large Public Green Building

Large public building is important building of the city and one of the important places for activities of urban residents.In recent years,with the speeding up of urbanization in our country,large public building is also present a dotted with state.But when large public building bringing convenience to people,the high energy consumption and serious resource waste is also a need to solve the problem.Apply the concept of green building into the large public building,promote the development of large public green building,to solve the problems of high building energy consumption and improve the consumer environment plays an important role.At present,the industry experts and scholars have tried many theoretical exploration and practice to promote the construction of large public green building and running.This article will from the large public green building life-cycle stage to discuss on the collaborative relationship between the main body.Based on a large number of literature research,the paper uses questionnaire investigation to search for problems of the whole-life body of large public green building and the influence factors of the problem.Then this paper studies relationships between the whole-life body of large public green building.Based on the run interactive analysis and game analysis,it builds a whole-life body cooperation mechanism model of large public green building and analyses the mechanism how to run.At last,it from the aspects of policy,market measures for the implementation of body coordination mechanism of proposed countermeasures and suggestions,in order to promote the development of large public green building experience.
