Research On The Sustainable Assessment Of The Large-scale Public Green Building Project

Large public buildings is important for the public spaces and public leisure facilities in each city, it is an important carrier of the urban style and characteristics of the times, and it is closely associated with the public services, urban economic and social management. Along with our country economy development and city urbanization, large public buildings is exposed such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain in our country to emerge. As the symbol of the city, large public buildings is increased day after day, it is in the provision of services for the life and production of the city residents in our country, at the same time, also promoted the economic and social development of our country, but there are still a large amount of energy consumption, the low energy utilization rate, the structure and function is not strong and other undesirable phenomena. While the government and large construction enterprises as an important enabler and an implementer for large public green building, due to the lack of sustainability evaluation means and effective analysis method, it is difficult to fully grasp the large public buildings exist in the process of construction and operation of the problem, to take timely targeted solutions and scientific and policy.In the latest curriculum standard of Green building sustainable evaluation,份which issued by our county.More is the evaluation focus such as green technology, ecological science and technology.In view of the above phenomenon, this research is guided by the sustainable development idea, based on the theory of large public green building. Starting from the analysis of the main problems of the current Chinese large public green building, such as the huge energy consumption, the low green degree, the low energy utilization. Combining the domestic and the foreign large public green building development theories and the practice experience, it has taken full account of the large public building ecological, economic, social and operation management. Because our current research on large public green building sustainability assessment is not in mature, it has not yet formed a theoretical system systematically. This article has consulted a large number of the domestic and the foreign references about construction project sustainability evaluation theory and practice, and constructed a deep study in view of the large public green building sustainability assessment in China. The main contents are as follows:(1)Combined with the related literature, in-depth analysis of the sustainable development status and the research contents of large public green building, provided a reference basis for the evaluation of sustainability.(2)Expounding the concept, connotation and goal of construction project sustainability。 Based on the actuality of construction industry, green building concept, perfect the concept of large public green building sustainability assessment, and provides the theory basis for research.(3)Combined with the specific circumstances of large public green building, reference to domestic and foreign experts and scholars to evaluate the sustainability theory. Focus on the analysis of large public green building sustainability assessment system, determine the basic content of large public green building sustainability assessment, select the chief evaluation index which can reflect the capacity of large public green building and sustainable development.(4)By using the grey hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method to establish a comprehensive evaluation of large public building green building sustainability. And use the evaluation model established in this paper for large public green building evaluation.(5) In this article, Dalian International Conference Center project as an example, using the index system and the method proposed in this article to compare the example. Through the practical application, calculation method of evaluation index system and the comprehensive evaluation value of this can be quantitative description of large public green building sustainable degree(6) On the basis of the above research, this article has put forward to improve the large public green building sustainable concrete implementation of the recommendations in the green science and technology, the importance of the capital, the government preferential policies, and harmonious city and property management. That can provide the necessary evaluation methods and analysis tools for the relevant departments of the government decision, the auxiliary decision to improve the government decision-making level, to provide data support for the developers and property owners and management decision.
