Construction activity in the country has played a huge role for people to create a healthy, comfortable, convenient living environment and social environment of life. But a lot of construction activities consume large amounts of natural resources, energy and produce harmful gas causing air pollution and severe damage to the ecological environment of the soil. Even worse, this can cause a direct threat to human survival and security. Green building began to enter the people’s lives, which advocates a healthy and comfortable living environment, sustainable use of resources, and the coordination with the surrounding environment. Reducing emissions during the life cycle of the building minimize the negative impact on the natural environment. How to measure the green extent of green building in the whole life cycle become a serious problem to many scholars and experts.Purposes of this article is to establish a set of green building evaluation index system of science on the basis of green building green, economy, regional, and promote the development of green buildings.Basing the whole life-cycle theory, the whole life cycle of green building is divided into six stages, namely green building decision-making stage, the planning phase, design phase, construction phase and the operational phase of acceptance, alteration, demolition and recycling phase. Author establishes green building evaluation system from the content and focus of the various stages of comprehensive literature. I classify indexes into green indicators, economy, regional style basing on the characteristics of the indexes and green building evaluation system are established for all stages. Ecology, economy and with the local environment and consistent regional architectural style should be evaluate form the whole life.Acceptance and operational phases of the green index evaluation system was validated instance, the use of chromatographic analysis determine the weight of each index by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for comprehensive evaluation of green building and obtain results. This article analyze evaluation index system of the construction phase to verify operability and accuracy of evaluation index system of green building and propose measures to improve our building evaluation system.
