Aerated concrete as a new wall materials,there are not only light thermal insulation properties in it,but also good fire resistance and processability.The mature production technology,energy-saving and environmentally-friendly production process is a balance structure and function characteristics and insulation characteristics in various multifunctional wall materials.This paper analyzes the traditional mortar matching difference in the aerated concrete materials that mortar cause wall cracks owing to mortar adhesion deficiency.According to the material properties of the sand aerated concrete using existing materials technology to solve the problem with the poor matching of mortar.In this paper,the comparative test study for fly ash aerated concrete and sand aerated concrete is conducted,and the material properties of sand aerated concrete are analyzed.Three kinds of matching mortar for sand aerated concrete panel are studied.Respectively for sand aerated concrete special supporting bonding mortar,sand aerated special supporting concrete plastering mortar and sand aerated concrete special supporting masonry mortar.Study on the modification of traditional mortar by using polymer and mineral admixture,in order to improve the adhesive strength and flexibility of mortarandenhance the water retention and cracking resistance of mortar.Which can also improve the mechanical properties of mortar and construction characteristics,thereby make the mortar to meet the requirements of the sand aerated concrete materials.This test results show that:(1)The best mix design ratio of sand aerated concrete bonding mortar:the content of alpha type gypsum is 50%,the dosage of HPMC is 0.5%,the dosage of PVA is 0.5%.The flexural strength of 28 days ages is 3.51 MPa,the compressive strength is 9.00 MPa,the flexural compression ratio is 0.39,the tensile bond strength is 0.315 MPa,the base material destruction rate is 100%;(2)The best mix design ratio of plastering mortar for aerated concrete:the content of fly ash is 48%,the dosage of HPMC is 0.08%,and the dosage of mineral thickening agent is 1%.The water retention rate of mortar is 94.6%.For 28 days compressivestrength of the hardened mortar is 5.38 MPa flexural strength is 2.08 MPa.Thetensile bond strength on the concrete plate is 0.529 MPa.Thetensile bond strength on the aerated concrete plate is 0.196 MPa.(3)The best mix design ratio of masonry mortar for aerated concrete:the content of fly ash is 36%,the dosage of HPMC is 0.08%,and the dosage of mineral thickening agent is 1%.The water retention rate of mortar is 95.3%.For 28 days compressivestrength of the hardened mortar is9.49 MPa flexural strength is3.33 MPa.Thetensile bond strength on the concrete plate is 0.446 MPa.Thetensile bond strength on the aerated concrete plate is 0.176 MPa.
